1. Scope

This policy applies to paid practice sessions, workshops, Practice Lab bookings, and corporate training arranged through PathBase Trading Clinic. It does not apply to third-party charting software or brokerage fees you pay independently.

2. Deposits

A deposit of 300,000 VND is required to confirm most session bookings. The deposit is credited toward your session fee. Deposits are transferable to a new date if you reschedule according to the timelines below.

3. Cancellation by Client

More than 48 hours before session start

Full refund of any deposit or prepaid fee, or transfer to a new date at no charge — your choice.

24–48 hours before session start

Deposit may be transferred once to a new date within 60 days. Cash refund of deposit is available at 50% of the deposit amount. Prepaid session fees beyond the deposit are refunded in full.

Less than 24 hours before session start

Deposits are non-refundable. Prepaid balances beyond the deposit may be transferred once to a new date within 30 days if we can fill your original seat.

4. No-Shows

If you do not attend a confirmed session and did not cancel, the deposit is forfeited and any prepaid session fee is non-refundable. Contact us the same day if an emergency prevented attendance — we review genuine emergencies case by case.

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without penalty if we receive notice at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a 100,000 VND administrative fee. Online sessions rescheduled due to connectivity failure on our side are moved at no cost.

6. Cancellation by PathBase Trading Clinic

If an instructor illness or facility issue forces cancellation on our end, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking — your preference. We notify you as early as possible by phone or email.

7. Partial Refunds After Session Starts

Session fees are non-refundable once the session has begun, because instructor time and materials are allocated. If you leave early due to a clinic-side disruption (equipment failure, instructor unavailability), we offer a pro-rata credit toward a future session.

8. Non-Refundable Items

• Deposits forfeited under the no-show or late-cancellation rules above
• Printed chart packs or reference cards already provided at a completed session
• Corporate training days where materials were customized and delivered as agreed

9. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original bank transfer account. We do not refund to third-party payment services. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

10. Work Already Started

For corporate engagements, if preparation work (custom chart sets, printed materials) has begun and you cancel less than 5 business days before the event, up to 30% of the quoted fee may be retained to cover completed preparation.

11. Disputes

If you believe a refund was handled incorrectly, email info@dev-pathbase.click with your booking date and payment reference. We respond within 3 business days.
